Great customer service!

I'm writing to update my previous review. After I said one of my products arrived with a leak, I immediately received an email saying I would get a replacement and also wanting to make sure they knew exactly what happened so as to prevent any future issues with other customer orders. I have no doubt this was a one-time incident and want to submit an updated review to rave about the seller's commitment to top quality and customer service!

Love the scent but product arrived leaking

I was such a fan of the roller bottle I bought when visiting Sedona that I went online and ordered more. It is still great of course but the roller bottle I received was leaking pretty badly and arrived all greasy. Just fyi. Thanks!
